Ring Cleanings and Upkeep:  Any ring purchased at our store can get cleaned for free. All cleanings are overnight and would have to be left in order to clean them properly. Rings will be inspected before being left to make sure no repairs need to be done.

Jewelry Repairs: Almost all jewelry repairs will take 2-3 weeks at this time.

Return Policies: We do accept item returns in a 30-day time period after purchase. All items must be unworn, and in the same condition, it was sold. Refunds will take place after the item is looked over by our jeweler. Money returns will be processed in 1-10 business days. Customers are responsible for return shipping!

Sizing: All new 10, 14, and 18 Karat rings have 1 free sizing within a 2-month period from purchase. After the 60-day period or if already sized once, there is a charge for ring sizing.  Sterling Silver rings purchased from us cannot be sized. If needing sizing we will order a new ring at no extra cost.
